Proctor Park Tour with Philip Bean
Join us for a tour of F.T. Proctor Park on Rutger Street and Culver Avenue on Sunday, June 1, at 1 p.m. Philip Bean, Olmsted City of Greater Utica President, will lead a one-hour tour of the park. He’ll discuss the park’s history, significance and design, plus efforts to rehabilitate the space.
Wear footwear appropriate for rolled stone, mud and two sets of stone stairs.
