Book Rap will meet on Monday, June 11, at 11 a.m. in the J.C.C. library and on Zoom. We will discuss “The Girl in Green” by Derek Miller, author of “Norwegian by Night.” In this novel, two men are on a misbegotten quest to save the girl they failed to save decades before. They return to their respective lives, but something has cracked for them both.Twenty-two years later, in another place, in another war, they meet again and have another opportunity to redeem themselves when the same girl is found alive. This novel is available in area libraries and in paperback. Readers are welcome to attend monthly book discussions. Admission is free for center members and $5 per discussion for nonmembers.
